We aim to deliver within the time upon the confirmation order. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

     3 – 5 working days
3. East Malaysia
     3 – 7 working days

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to collect the delivery, we may leave a card giving you a notice that either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. We shall not accept shipments in which the delivery address is a P.O. Box address.

We strive to provide free delivery for all redemptions; however, a shipping fee may be applied on selected products. Conditions for delivery fees will be informed on each product page.
